Pulpit Engine
2026 to Present

An AI-powered church content automation company that turns sermon recordings into weekly social media content packages. My dad is a pastor and I built the first version for his church. The pipeline runs end to end: transcription via AssemblyAI, clip selection and caption writing via Claude Skills, video rendering on Railway, captioning with Submagic, and automated posting to Facebook Reels via the Pages API. Workflow logic migrated from n8n scripts into a custom TypeScript runner on Railway. Built and operates Claudius, an autonomous overnight build system where Codex agents build features from structured GitHub issues and Claude Code handles review and revision.

Products and Offers

I've built and launched digital products, subscription packages, physical offers, and service bundles. I know how to create something people want and build the system that sells it at scale.

Paid Acquisition

Managed $220K+ in Meta ad spend across direct-response campaigns. Built the funnels, tested the creative, and owned the numbers. I understand the full path from ad click to paying customer.

Marketing Systems

I build marketing as an operating system, not a campaign. Funnels, email sequences, affiliate programs, subscription backends, and the analytics layer on top of all of it.

AI and Automation

I build production AI pipelines that replace manual work with reliable, automated systems. Pulpit Engine is the live version: sermon audio in, scheduled social content out, no one in the middle.

Operations and Process

Every business I've run needed systems that didn't depend on me. I've built SOPs, training programs, and operational processes that scale without adding headcount.

Revenue and Growth

Built and operated the full commercial stack: Shopify, Stripe, ClickFunnels, and Meta Ads. I understand how acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue connect and where the leverage is.

Who I am

The businesses I've built didn't come with departments. No dedicated marketing team, no ops manager. Just full ownership of whatever the business needed.

At JKW Enterprises I spent six years building an e-commerce operation inside a $10M+ digital publishing company. Funnels, paid acquisition, product sourcing, affiliate programs, team operations. I took ownership of every piece, figured it out, and did it at scale.

In 2024 I left to start American Recipes Association full-time, a D2C subscription business I built end to end. I managed $220K+ in Meta ad spend, built the entire acquisition and subscription system, and scaled to 699 active monthly subscribers, before winding it down this May.

On the side, I'm building Pulpit Engine for my dad's church and churches like it. It turns sermon recordings into scheduled social media content automatically.

I have never had a narrow role. I start with the outcome, reverse engineer what it takes to get there, and build whatever needs to exist to make it happen. I've done that across marketing, operations, and product, under real pressure, with real money on the line. Whoever brings me in gets someone who can take an objective and execute it end to end.
